SHO Custom Crawlers was established in 2013 by senior systems engineers who observed the same failure pattern across dozens of organizations: technology infrastructure assembled from ad-hoc decisions, vendor defaults, and tribal knowledge — without the architectural discipline that any other engineering field would consider mandatory.
